bdok Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and bdok ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bdok website at https://bdok.vin and all associated services, games, and features. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users including casual visitors and registered account holders. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close any account you hold. bdok may modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to bdok is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on bdok in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative of any third party or commercial wagering operation.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or had an account closed by bdok for breach of these Terms or any prior terms of service.
• You are using your own payment method for all deposits and withdrawals. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.

bdok may request documentary proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.

bdok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only, via approved local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on bdok:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000. Individual transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC) prior to first withdrawal and at subsequent intervals set by bdok's compliance team.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or shared wallets will be refused and returned where technically possible.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. bdok reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

bdok does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independent of bdok. Players are advised to consult the relevant provider's own terms for applicable charges.

bdok is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all users. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. bdok provides the following tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases apply after a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected] at any time. Requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Players may configure session reminders that appear at regular intervals to inform them of elapsed session time and net wagering activity.

All content on the bdok platform — including software, website design, graphics, text, images, logos, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of bdok or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence in respect of any intellectual property owned by bdok or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from bdok without prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of bdok's intellectual property may result in legal action.

bdok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page, identified by the Last Updated date at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Your continued use of bdok following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account. bdok will endeavour to notify registered account holders of material changes by email where practicable.
